FAQ
There’s no long-term contract. Membership renews monthly and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice - we’ll simply stop billing after your current month. Any unused rollover visit stays valid for 60 days after you cancel.
Your monthly service is tied to you, but Lux VIP members get a bring-a-friend guest pass each quarter, and your member discount can be applied when you pay for a family member’s service while you’re in the chair. For two people who both want monthly service, two memberships is the better value.
Every tier rolls over one unused visit to the following month, so a busy month won’t cost you a service. Rollover visits stack up to a maximum of two so they don’t expire on you unexpectedly. You’ll always get a reminder before your standing appointment.
Yes. Your member percentage (10–20% depending on tier) applies to every à la carte service and add-on, including detailed nail art, extensions, gel removal, and paraffin treatments. Signature and VIP tiers also include free art on top of the discount.
Anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing date - just let your tech or the front desk know. If you upgrade mid-month we’ll prorate the difference so you can start enjoying the higher tier right away.
$69 a month covers a gel or dip manicure, 15% off everything else, and a standing slot with your tech. We set it up in about five minutes and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
